"Scourge of The Third Reich" You need it, he'll steal it for you!

Details on WW are somewhat sketchy at best. What is presented here has been gathered from various nation's securtiy agencies, parental interviews, and a few "Wanted" posters at the Post Office.

It seems that after his escape from the Hollywood Institute for the Criminally Insane, WW spent a number of years in the South China Seas pirating and generally terrorizing all who crossed his path. For a time, The Japanese Imperial Navy actually considered him a major obstacle to their plans of conquest in the area. It is around this time that we speculate WW fled the onslought of Japanese gunboats for the more lucrative market of war torn Europe.

Switching from ships to planes, WW began a new carreer as a smuggler and black marketeer, and has recently added mercenary to his list of job descriptions. This man is loyal only to his current employer, and even that is highly suspect. He also seems to have fallen in with similar minded rogues, and together this loose knit bunch are calling themselves Mercenary Air. Leadership of this "gang" is unclear, but from some reports the leader is generally considered the one sobor enough to do it at the time. Needless to say, this leaves them leaderless more often than not.

Although his parents were interviewed, nothing of much value turned up. This interview mainly consisted of much motherly crying and pleadings such as, "How can you say those terrible things about WW! He was always such a good little boy!" These comments were usually followed by WW Sr. noisily breaking wind.

WW seems to be quite active in the liberation of many french women from occupied territory, which has caused the Nazis to place a high price on his head, dead or alive...but mostly dead! It is also known that WW has been involved in many black market operations in addition to his heists of Nazi gold. At one time, he had the entire black market tampon supply cornered and under his control. He's known to have several accomplices...A french woman, of ill repute going by the name Simone. And there is Gunther, a sometime U-Boat commander with a severly bad gambling habit and even worse luck.

Although his exact location at this time is unknown, we do have a name we are following up on...Canelo's Cantina. This name has come up in other criminal investigations, but as yet it's secret location is uncertain...but we do have our top agents looking into it.

If you, or any one you know has information about this man please notify the proper authorities. Do not...I repeat, DO NOT! try to apprehend this man yourself. He is considered armed, afflicted with lunacy, and extremely dangerous!
