SUBJECT: Intelligence Report on MRC_WillyFOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY!
MRC_Willy is the current flying handle of a former US Navy Chief Petty Officer who is thought to have been in the mental ward of Portsmouth Naval Hospital. It is unknown how he "released" himself out of the padded cell several years ago. But as the captured Martian Flying Saucer Commander (Marvin D Martian) disappeared at the same time along with the captured spacecraft, it is believed they escaped together and our sources in Rochford report that they are still traveling together. When he first appeared at the Combat Flight Center, he was using the Klingon name "M'qoi" and early on in his career there was quickly noted for the "Sci-Fi" connection. However his connection with the Klingon Empire is unknown.
One thing that is known: Since he regained his freedom, he has mastered piloting WW II fighter & bomber aircraft along with some futuristic spacecraft. His flying abilities with a Messerschmitt Bf-109 have led this agency to the conclusion that the rumor of his being in Germany for a while as a test pilot for Messerschmitt AG and a personal friend of Dr Messerschmitt are true. The is evidenced by his apparent connections with that company to keep enough parts to keep his personal Bf 109 flightworthy in spite of numerous shoot downs and crashes. Also, his abilities with the X-Wing and TIE Interceptor spacecraft are said to be dazzling. It is believed that Cmdr Marvin trained him in space flight.
His favorite aircraft to fly are:
1. Messerschmitt Bf-109 (Stock, Pentti's, or the Trogfighter)
2. Horten Ho-229 (Brend Rossener's)
3. Curtiss P-40F ("Sweet Bets")
4. TIE Interceptor
5. B-24 Liberator (liberated from the RAF 662 Squadron)Additionally, he is known to be fond of anything Messerschmitt and is accomplished with both the Me 163 and Me 262. Spies report that he has in his possession one of the few Focke Wulf Ta-152C pre-production aircraft.
He as acquired numerous accomplices, and together they are rumored to be behind the recent crime spree in the European Theatre. Another source has stated that he was recently invited to join the Luftwaffe in the hopes that his depredations on the German Reich would stop, but the offer was declined as being "unprofitable" and that he would rather work the railroads.
Willy is a crackshot and has a weakness for making quality moonshine whiskey. It is believed that the whiskey is also used for aircraft fuel by Willy and his accomplices. All in all this individual is considered to be unstable and extremely dangerous. If spotted, DO NOT, repeat DO NOT try to apprehend. Notify the proper authorities and try to keep him in sight until someone arrives to take charge of the situation.
